The government earmarked 4 million, 140,000 for the CCAA Extremadura integrated into teachers colleges.

The Council of Ministers has formalized the grant of 4.3 million euros for professors of colleges (TEUs) are integrated into the body of university professors. The grants are aimed at a group of 7,900 teachers in Spain.

Of this amount, 140,699 were earmarked for Extremadura.

The funds, referred to the year 2010, will be distributed among the different autonomous communities in terms of number of TEUs available to its universities. The Organic Law of Universities established that university teachers should belong to the faculty of university professors or lecturers at university and could not create more College lecturers or professors of College Professors.

The TEU doctors already had a national accreditation system to access places headlines, but was considered necessary to develop incentive programs for full integration.
